As a service to our citizens, the Granite Shoals Police Department offers Close Patrols / Security Checks of residences and businesses within the city limits. Close Patrols may be requested for any reason, including the owner/resident going out of town, suspicious activity in the area, or any other reason. When a location is listed and registered for a Close Patrol, police officers will check on the location a minimum of twice per day for up to two weeks.
