Residents
Resident (Property Owners) require a boat launch permit sticker on their vehicles to make free use of boat ramps in city parks. These stickers are updated annually.
You can download, complete, and mail the application for annual boat launch permit (PDF) to the City via email or U.S. mail, or bring the application to City Hall and pick up your annual pass.
If you mail in your application, your tags will be mailed to you.
Or you may call the main City phone number at 830-598-2424 to request that an application be emailed to you.
Visitors
Visitors to the City of Granite Shoals using a boat ramp in a city park are required to pay a $10 fee each day the facilities are used or obtain an annual pass for $200.
- Payment can be settled in cash or via the QR code kiosk situated near the boat launch. Please note that an electronic processing fee will be applied if the QR code option is utilized.
- To purchase an annual pass, please go to City Hall at 2221 N Phillips Ranch Road.
Launching a boat without paying this fee or displaying a resident/property owner sticker may result in a citation being issued.
