Overview
Granite Shoals City Code Section 2-75
The members of the Planning and Zoning Commission must be registered voters of the City of Granite Shoals.
Currently, the Planning and Zoning Commission is reviewing the entire Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 40 of the City Code) and considering proposed updates.
If you wish to bring an item to Planning and Zoning, such as a re-plat, you must have the application completed and submitted to the City with the required number of re-plat maps on the second MONDAY of the month. This allows time for the Utility Department to review service lines and easements. The P&Z Agendas are normally posted on the second Friday of the month.
The City Manager and City Secretary attend the P&Z Meetings. The City Secretary acts as the recording secretary.
